The MINDS Board of Directors comprises a diverse group of leaders who bring a wealth of professional expertise, experience and a genuine passion for service. United by a shared commitment to inclusion and empowerment, the Board provides strategic leadership and thoughtful stewardship to advance MINDS’ mission and enrich the lives of persons with intellectual disability.

The Board is elected by MINDS members every two years at the Annual General Meeting, with the Nomination Committee leading the recruitment process. A biennial self-evaluation ensures the Board’s performance and effectiveness.
