Planning for the Future of Your Loved Ones

Planning for the future of your loved ones is not easy, but ensuring loved ones are continually cared for is a necessary salve to ease the mind of family members. At MINDS, we uphold our commitment to walk hand in hand with you in your caregiving journey and beyond by guiding your application for deputyship.

Deputyship

Everyone has to make decisions in life. Under the Mental Capacity Act (MCA Cap 177A), a person who is certified to lack mental capacity requires a deputy – a court-appointed individual (age 21 years old and above) who is granted specific powers by the Court to make decisions for the benefit and welfare of the person. MINDS provides assistance with the application of MSF Assisted Deputyship Application Programme (Below 21 years old), guiding parents/caregivers of persons with special needs in applying to Court, to be their deputies after their child/ward turns 21.
