Our Senior Programme fuels their burgeoning need for independence, experience, and socialisation.
Designed to equip individuals with a range of vocational skills critical for successful employment, our vocational curriculum provides a combination of work attachments, learning journeys, and internships. Students discover their passions and talents trying their hands at different sectors and industries.
MINDS boasts a team of experienced job coaches to match students’ aspirations and aptitude to suitable work attachments that provide them with the relevant industry experience. Through close observation and discussions with Allied Health Professionals, teachers, and industry partners, the students are given specialised on-the-job training and mentorship specific to industry needs.
A programme which aims to bridge students’ transition from formal education to the workplace, the School-2-Work (S2W) programme is a multi-agency collaboration with Ministry of Education, SG Enable, and the Ministry of Social and Family development to provide supported employment for up to a year.
