About Us

How We Began
How We Began
MINDS Napiri Training & Development Centre (NTDC) welcomed its first group of clients on 1 March 2006 and was officially opened by Dr Vivian Balakrishnan, Minister for Community Development, Youth and Sports on 14 April 2007. It is MINDS’ third oldest TDC, and operates from within the premises of MINDSville@Napiri – MINDS’ multi-service residential facility. MINDS NTDC was set up to serve clients residing in the eastern parts of Singapore.
Whom We Serve
Whom We Serve
We provide services for adults with intellectual disabilities who require a higher level of support, or have a greater degree of special needs that require continuous specialised help. Our centre-based service offers respite care for caregivers by relieving them of their usual caregiving duties and allowing them to focus on other responsibilities.
