Greetings

Welcome to MINDS Clementi Training & Development Centre!

At CTDC we focus on helping our clients integrate into our community and lead independent lives through various activities and program with sustained and concerted efforts.

Our team of trained Training Officers and Therapists aims to make a difference to many beautiful lives we touch daily and we constantly strive to do better.

Through their eyes and actions, our team see courage, passion and unflinching belief that our clients have tremendous potentials that can be trained, developed and each of them are gifted in their own ways.

Most of our achievements are attributed to our caregivers, volunteers, and community stakeholders.

We’d love you to explorer our webpage and find out more.
Mr V Manichilven Joseph Head of Centre, Clementi Training & Development Centre

About Us

How We Began
How We Began
MINDS Clementi Training & Development Centre (CTDC) was officially opened by Mr Abdullah Tarmugi, Minister for Community Development, on 14 July 1995 to serve clients in the western part of Singapore.
Whom We Serve
Whom We Serve
We provide services for adults with intellectual disabilities who require a higher level of support, or have a greater degree of special needs that require continuous specialised help. Our centre-based service offers respite care for caregivers by relieving them of their usual caregiving duties and allowing them to focus on other responsibilities.
What We Offer
