Enhancing Independence, Enabling Possibilities

With the aim of enhancing independence and integration into the community, MINDS offers a nurturing environment optimal for continual development of essential life skills.

Strategically Located in the Heartlands of Singapore

Strategically located in the heartlands, our eight Training & Development centres offer convenience for caregivers and provide a safe sanctuary for adults with special needs who require a higher level of support.

Providing Quality Person-Centred Care through Multidisciplinary Support

Taking a child-centred and multidisciplinary approach, our team of Allied Health and care professionals works together seamlessly to deliver personalised therapeutic care and interventions to suit the needs of every individual with special needs.

Harnessing the Power of our Volunteers and Community Partners

Through strong partnerships forged with volunteers and community partners, our adults with special needs are constantly engaged in social and recreational activities that truly make a difference in their lives.

Authentic Learning in the Community

We provide authentic learning opportunities for our adults with special needs by bringing them out to the community to learn and discover the world around them.

Preparing for the Future of Work

We believe that every individual can live up to their aspirations, given the right set of tools. By constantly building on and reinforcing the skills learnt at centres, our adults with special needs are equipped with pre-vocational skills that gear them towards the possibility of advancement.

Overview

At MINDS, we recognise all individuals with special needs are drivers of their own personal growth and development. This is why our multidisciplinary team of allied health and care professionals are truly invested in enhancing their quality of lives and care outcomes. Taking a person-centred approach in all that we do, our training & development programme offers opportunities for adults with special needs to be actively engaged and empowered to pursue their own personal development and interest.
