Overview

By putting every individual’s ability and passion first, MINDS maximises the potential of adults with special needs catered for the differently-abled. MINDS’ supported employment programme provides a strategic and concerted approach in empowering them through providing fulfilling employment and training opportunities that promote their economic integration into society.

Providing Professional Guidance and Care

Driven by their passion to make a social difference, our training officers provide professional guidance and care to equip these individuals with the right tools and skills for the work, while preparing them for the possibility of advancing to open employment programme.

Reimagining and Redesigning Work

Working closely with employers and direct-care staff, our team of Allied Health Professionals is on hand to redesign the work process to suit the needs of our adults with special needs so as to ensure work is delivered with quality and efficiency.

Inspiring Lifelong Learning

Our adults with special needs don’t just work. Through our Lifelong Learning Programme, these individuals develop a range of essential life skills such as interpersonal, psycho-social, and complex work-execution skills that helps to pave their way to success.
