MINDS IDOL 2004
Our staff, Ms Chris Shobana came in 1st for MINDS IDOL in Dinner And Dance 2004.
Leisure & Recreational Day 2004
On 14 th March 2004, our centre participated in the Leisure and Recreational Day organised by SDSC. We came in 2nd in the Art Competition and manage to win 5 prizes in the telematch events.
Aquatics Meet 2003
On 8 th Nov 2003, 2 trainees were involved in the Aquatic Meet 2003 organised by Special Olympics, Singapore. Our center won a bronze and a silver.
Bocce Competition
On 15 th Oct 2003, 6 clients were involved in the Bocce Competition organised by Special Olympics, Singapore. They won a bronze and a silver.
5-a side unified Soccer Competition
On 12 th July 2003, 4 clients took part in the soccer competition organized by Special Olympics, Singapore. They won 3rd in the event.
These Able People Painting Competition 2003
Our trainee, Ms Joanna Welikande won the 1st prize in the Spring 2003 Painting Competition organized by These Abled People. She won herself $2000 for her black and white painting entitled "Angles". The organizers had requested for more of her painting to be sold.
Leisure & Recreational Day 2003
On 9 th March 2003, 11 clients took part in the Leisure and recreational Day organized by Singapore Disability Sports Council. We took part in 6 events. Our center won a printer in a lucky draw and 1 st in the Drawing Competition. We managed to get top prizes in 2 out of 6 events. Our banner came in 3 rd .
1 st National Disability Games 2002
On 12th Sep 2002, 10 clients participated in the event organized by Singapore Sports for the Disabled held at Temasek Polytechnic. Our clients received top prizes in 3 events.
MINDS 40th Anniversary D&D 2001/2002
Our staff, Mdm Samsiah came in top for the MINDS new logo competition and received her prize during MINDS 40th Anniversary D&D at Marriott Hotel, Grand ballroom.
