Pupil Activities
Celebration of major festivals are incorporated into the school programme.
Through such activities, our students learn about social skills, etiquette and traditions associated with the different races and cultures in Singapore. Students also learn to be responsible citizens through the celebration of National Day and Racial Harmony Day. Pupils also get to interact with their mainstream peers during invitations to their school celebrations and other activities.

Children's Day celebrations @ Fernvale Primary School in September 2008

Pupils had a fun time during Children's Day celebrations in September 2008 with performances from Fernvale Primary School and the Star Wars troupe. Teachers put up dances and skits to entertain the pupils. We also had a distinguished guest - the Ambassador of Mongolia who joined us for the celebrations that day.
Our school played host to pupils from Moriah Schoolhouse and Happy Camper when they visited us in October 2008.

The Junior classes came together on 8 April 2010 for an hour of interactive learning through fun and games. The theme for the activity was "Shapes and Colours".
20 Senior level pupils had the opportunity to work with 4 small businesses within the vicinity of Fernvale. During the one-week attachment, pupils learnt to wipe goods, glass panels and tables. The programme aimed to provide opportunities for pupils to gain work experiences within the community as well as to raise awareness of our pupils' potential and self-determination in the community.
