MINDS firmly believes that persons with intellectual disability possess the capacity to learn and to develop their potential to become contributing members of society.
The 4 SchoolsThe 4 MINDS schools offer four programs; Pre-School, Junior, Senior and Special Program. The Special Program is for pupils who have challenging behaviours or additional concerns that may impact their learning ability.
The curriculum is tailored to suit the special needs of individual pupils with focus on the functional needs of the pupils for the present and the future. Areas of learning include language communication, functional academics such as time telling and money value, self-help skills and personal grooming, social competency and pre-vocational skills.

To promote the holistic development of pupils, the schools have within their curriculum time, physical education, music and swimming. A multidisciplinary team of professionals such as psychologists, special education teachers, social workers, physiotherapists, occupational and speech-language therapists ensure a holistic approach to the development of pupils and support for their families.
