Psychologist
Evaluate and provide psychological management and behavioural modification programs for clients
Oversee the effective implementation of behavioural intervention/counselling programs and provide immediate attention and action when necessary
Conduct psychological assessment on clients seeking admission
Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders on clients' progress and share information on new developments pertaining to service delivery, improvements and habilitation of clients
Participate and contribute in special projects and paper presentations at related Conference
Qualifications:

Schools Administration/Operations Manager
Reporting to the Principal and Vice-Principal, you will assist in the financial, human resources, estate and general administration of the school and align with HQ's SOPs and Policies.
Your responsibilities cover:
1. Financial Administration : budgeting, managing the school's financial system and assisting the Principal in answering audit queries
2. Human Resource Management: planning, managing and coordinating the manpower needs such as recruitment, training and staff welfare; ensuring that the organisation's policies and procedures are followed
3. School Supplies - procurement of goods/services for the school, ensuring proper inventory management procedures
4. Estate Management and Logistics: ensure safety and security, manage maintenance and improvement projects, check, renew and prepare maintenance contracts for works and supplies, regularly check the premises for damages and ensure cleanliness and a conducive learning environment
5. General Administration: supervising staff to ensure sound and efficient administrative procedures, data and files are properly maintained and required information submissions to MOE/NCSS and HQ are on time.
Qualifications:
Degree in Business Administration, strong communication skills, and at least 3 years administrative experience.
Registered Nurse
You will work with a team of nursing aides and allied health staff to attend to the health care needs of persons with intellectual disability in a residential facility.
Qualifications:
Registered nurse with Nursing Diploma or Degree
House Parent
To provide care, supervision and implement activities for intellectually disabled clients in a residential home setting.

Assistant Training Officers and Training Officers
We invite applicants for the position of Assistant Training Officers and Training Officers at our 3 sheltered workshops at:
1) Margaret Drive
2) Rosyth Road
3) Woodlands Ring Road
You will support or provide training and supervision for adult persons with intellectual disabilities to enhance their skills for employability. Good people skills are essential for working with caregivers and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
GCE 'N', 'O' 'A' levels, Diploma. Training will be provided.
Trainers/Therapist Aides
(A) Psychologist Aide
To assist the Psychologist in carrying out behaviour modification training programmes etc for adults residents with intellectual disabilities in a residential home setting.
(B) Occupational Therapist Aide
To assist the Occupational Therapist in providing occupational therapy and conducting intervention programmes for persons with intellectual disabilities in a residential home setting.
(C) Physiotherapist Aide
To assist the Physiotherapist in providing physiotherapy and conducting intervention programmes for persons with intellectual disabilities in a residential setting.
Qualifications:
Position (A)
Prior teaching/training experiences with persons with intellectual disabilities preferred.
Position (B)
Preferably with occupational therapy background. Applicants with physiotherapy background will also be consider
Nursing Aide
To provide nursing care for intellectually disabled clients in a residential home setting
Qualifications:
Preferably with nursing background with at least 1 year experience
