Admission Criteria
The persons with intellectual disability:
1) Must be either a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident, regardless of race, language or religion.
2) Between the ages of each specified programme.
3) Is certified by a doctor or psychologist to be intellectually disabled.
4) Must be free from infectious diseases.
5) Must be ambulant, totally independant in Activities of Daily Living and be employed in sheltered workshops or open employment upon admission. (for the Hostel residents only)
6) Must not need intensive nursing care.
7) Must not be suffering from serious psychotic disorders and/or serious behavioural problems.
8) Must have consent from parents/legal guardians for his/her stay in the residential facility.
Other criteria:
9) Parents/legal guardians must abide by all conditions and rules of the Home.
10) Parents/legal guardians must fulfill all expectaions of the Home on parental/guardians' responsibilities.
Maintenance Fees
- Maintenance fees to be charged will be determined after financial assessment of the family's financial situation.
- No charges are imposed on destitute and state wards.

Application must be accompanied by the following documents:
1) Completed application form
2) Psychological report, social report and any other relevant reports such as Teacher's report, therapist's reports etc.
3) Photocopied identity card and/or birth certificate of person with intellectual disability
4) Photocopied of identity card of parents/legal guardian

1) Incomplete provision of the above documents will delay the application procedure.
2) Referrals can also be made through Disability Information and Referral Centre (DIRC):
