Individuals are involved in contract work such as recycling of headsets from the various airlines. These contract work activities serve as therapeutic and training mediums in enhancing the vocational and productivity skills of the trainees.


This program aims to empower the individuals with basic comprehension and cognitions skills to function independently in his activities of daily living.

This program focuses on training the individual to acquire independent living skills, such as traveling, purchasing food, etc.
These projects comprise of individuals engaging in the development of products / services so as to enable them to practice their inherent productive skills and talents, within a supported sheltered environment. These individuals' possess productive skills, but are unable to engage in competitive employment in society.
Clients that exhibit potential to competently engage in mainstream work with some or limited supervision have been placed in mainstream employment settings, such as in manufacturing and services industries.
This program, a pioneering initiative by EDS serves as an alternative to providing gainful employment for the intellectually disabled in the community. EDS currently manages several enterprises that operate as commercial entities adopting competitive business practices. The enterprises are staffed by individuals with intellectual disabilities, with a MINDS staff supervising the growth and profitability of the business.
