CORPORATE COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER (2 Years Contract)

Key Responsibilities

  1. To engage key stakeholders and manage public communications strategically, so as to enhance the reputation, image and support for MINDS and the mission of MINDS.
    • Revamp and produce MINDS website content, newsletter and social media platform.
    • Draft administrative brief, speeches for CEO, Senior Management and / or ExCo Members.
    • Manage, proof-read all editorial content, identify, schedule content for all corporate print materials and collaterals (e.g brochures, reports and presentation decks).
    • Manage social media and new media initiatives at MINDS through the maintenance of MINDS' official Facebook Page, Youtube Channel and Instagram Account.
    • Experience in videography and photography work.
    • Manage media communications by developing relations with key community beat reporters and news desks, drafting press releases, organising media events and overseeing media interviews.
    • Support school/centre/programme major initiatives through events or media support (e.g: opening of a new centre/programme).
    • Manage Corporate Communication and Outreach team in key deliverables.
    • Establish media library and manage media archival which include newspaper, film, online media clippings and published journals.
    • Managing internal communications by assisting the production of a quarterly newsletter and by designing and sending out MINDS electronic mailers.
    • Establish corporate and community partnerships & deepen MINDS reaches to internal and external audiences.
    • Manage public education and relations initiatives through presentations, tours, visitations and exhibitions.
    • Develop the organisation’s corporate identity and branding through key collaborations and new media outputs.
    • Provide leadership in coordination and support in events management (e.g: World Down Syndrome Day, Purple Parade, Centre Opening and etc).
    • Spearhead in publications of collaterals such as MINDS’ annual report, newsletters. Review and revamp existing marketing collaterals such as MINDS' corporate brochure.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Corporate Communication.

Head of Centre

Key Responsibilities

  1. Programme Management & Development
    • Visualize, conceptualize, plan and implement management goals and objectives for the overall development of the Centre
    • Continuously develop and evaluate programmes and services provided by the Centre benchmarking against the best practices
    • Develop community involvement activities and work closely with corporate organizations, mainstream schools and other VWOs to promote clients’ social integration
