Accounts Officer (General Ledger)

Responsibilities

  1. Perform the day to day processing of accounts receivable and payable transactions in the General Ledger to ensure that records are maintained in an effective, up to date and accurate manner for month end closing and in the cash book.
    • Receive and verify relevant documents for goods and services to prepare GST report.
    • Verify that transactions comply with accounting operating policies and procedures.
    • Prepare GST Report.
    • Maintain listing of accounts receivable and ensuring prompt collections of debts.
