Corporate Communications Executive/Manager

Responsible for the coordination and execution of corporate communications and development initiatives, in areas such as social media, public education programs, publications (e.g. annual report, newsletters etc) and development/fundraising activities, to raise visibility, awareness and understanding of MINDS.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute public education initiatives to raise public awareness of MINDS mission and service offerings, through events, presentations, tours, exhibitions etc.
  • Initiate and expand MINDS social media influence and engagement, through new channels, content creation etc.
  • Produce corporate publications such as corporate brochures, annual reports and newsletters as well as e-collaterals.
  • Co-ordinate 3rd party fundraising activities with external partners and handle the gifts/donation management processes, to deepen donor/stakeholders relationships.
  • Grow and support development and outreach activities, in areas such as corporate partners/volunteers program, public-private partnerships.
  • Provide co-ordination and support in corporate events and media management.

Requirements

  • Degree in Mass Communications/ Marketing or relevant subjects.
  • At least 2 years of working experience preferably in corporate PR/marketing communication function.

Responsibilities

  • Train, supervise, maintain and develop the functional skills of clients in the areas of activities for daily living, vocational, community living, social and recreational participation.

Responsibilities

  • Undertake menu planning in consultation with the Head of Centre.
  • Oversee and participate in the preparation and cooking and serving of main meals and tea breaks.
